Hello, i am a 32 year old disabled girl, i get ssd and live in indiana. I have went to hud in my area, and they tell me i make too much for one person to recieve help from them, i make 1,500 a month, and i have always wanted to own my own home. I have went to mortage companies, and realtors and asked about programs, that would help me, and they all stare blanked faced and tell me they have no clue whom could help me. All my family has passed away, i have the money each month, to make the mortage, but not a lot for down payment,and my credit isnt the greatest. Can someone help me please, i have read all through here, and soooo many other places on the internet, and am getting so flustrated about this. All i want is what everyone has wanted since they were young...to be able to own their own home, i have been disabled most of my life, and that alone is hard enough to deal with.
